Return & Refund Policy

At Maison Guard, your satisfaction matters. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at help@maisonguard.com.

2. Extended Returns

We offer a 60-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

3. How to Return

Email us at help@maisonguard.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 48 hours.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your bank to reflect the refund.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned once the hygiene seal has been removed. Sale items marked as "Final Sale" are also excluded from returns.

7. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection.
