Shipping Policy

We offer free express delivery across the United Kingdom on all orders.

1. Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times are 5–12 business days depending on your location within the UK. These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

2. Free Shipping

All orders shipped within the United Kingdom qualify for free standard delivery. No minimum order value is required.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.

4. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Maison Guard is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification card with instructions for redelivery or collection. If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

6. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We hope to expand to additional markets in the near future.

7. Customs & Duties

As all orders are shipped within the UK, no customs duties or import taxes apply. All prices include UK VAT at the applicable rate.
